On top of any tier, per month, ex-GST. Annual is ten months for twelve here too. Most clinics add none of these.

Eye hospitals add optometry, surgery counselling and an optical counter on the same basis. Add-on prices are confirmed in writing at quotation.
Before you ask
The usual questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. Migration from your current system is included in every tier — we import your patients, their history, your appointments and your charge list, and show you a dry run before anything is written.
Is there a contract or a lock-in?
No lock-in. You can leave at the end of any month, and you can export all of your data at any time as a standard FHIR bundle — not a proprietary file only we can read.
What does “two doctors and two staff” mean?
It is the clinic shape the price is quoted against, so a number on a card means something. More doctors or more staff are quoted on the same basis — tell us your shape and we will give you the figure in writing.
Why is the scribe a separate tier rather than included?
Because it is the one AI feature that costs us real money per consultation to run — more than the other four together. Everything cheap enough to include, we included. We would rather show you the line than pretend it is not there.
Do you charge my patients for the app?
No. The Solace patient app is free to your patients and free to you. It is our product, not yours — you do not build it, pay for it or support it.
How do I pay?
By invoice, monthly or annually. GST is charged in addition to the prices shown.
