You are already on something.
We move you off it.
HealthPlix, Practo, Eka Care, Docon, a hospital system nobody supports any more, or a spreadsheet. Migration is included in every tier — there is no separate charge for it.
How it works
Check first, import second
The import runs as a rehearsal by default. It has to be deliberately switched to write — so the normal thing that happens when somebody presses the button is that nothing is changed and you get a report.
You send us an export
Whatever your current system gives you — CSV, Excel, or the export file it produces. You do not have to give us your login, and we do not ask for one.
We check it and tell you what we found
How many patients, how much history, how many appointments — and, just as important, anything that did not read cleanly, named row by row rather than summarised away.
The dry run, against your real file
A full rehearsal that writes nothing. You see the exact records that will be created before any of them exist. If something looks wrong, we fix the mapping and run it again.
Your clinic is built as itself
Your doctors and their credentials, your timings, your consultation fees, your charge list and your letterhead — into a database that belongs to your clinic alone.
The first week runs alongside, not instead
You keep your old system running. When your own front desk says they are ready — not when we say so — you switch it off.
What comes across
The things that actually matter to a working clinic
Comes across
- Patients, with their phone numbers
- Visit history and past prescriptions
- Appointments, past and upcoming
- Your charge list and consultation fees
- Your doctors, departments and timings
Handled specially, because Indian exports are like this
Two things break most naive importers, and both are fixed here:
- Age, not date of birth. Most Indian systems export an age. We take it and record it as an age rather than refusing the row or inventing a birthday.
- The phone number is the patient. It is how your desk finds someone and how reminders reach them, so it is never dropped in the mapping.
What we do not do: we do not log into your existing system on your behalf to pull the data out. Some vendors do that. We ask you for an export instead, so nobody has to hand over a password, and so you can see the exact file we are working from.
And the way out
The same door works in both directions
A migration story is only honest if it also covers leaving. You can export all of your data at any time, as a standard FHIR bundle — a format other systems can read, not a file only we understand.
- No lock-in and no exit fee
- Export any time, not only when you cancel
- Patients keep their own records in the patient app regardless
Send us sixty days and find out
You do not have to commit to a migration to see whether this is worth your time. Give us your last sixty days as an export and we will show you what Solace finds in it — what was billed and never collected, and who stopped coming back.
Tell us what you are on today
Name your current system and we will tell you, plainly, what will come across and what will not — before you decide anything.
