The Solace patient app is not a clinic's app — it is yours. You sign in to Solace, not to a hospital, and the same account works at every clinic on Solace that you visit. Your record travels with you.

Reminders that speak
Medicine and follow-up reminders read themselves aloud in Hindi, English or Bengali — and take a spoken answer back, so you do not have to type.

Sugar, blood pressure and the values your doctor watches, plotted over time — so a change is something you can see, not something you have to be told.
ABHA, if you want it
Link your ABHA number yourself and it is written through to every clinic you are registered at. Your records export as a standard FHIR bundle.

One tap to call for help, and an alert to the contacts you chose that names who was reached — and who was not.
Why it is built this way
Your record belongs to you, not to a clinic
Most clinic apps make you a guest in a hospital's system. Change clinic and you start again. Solace is the other way round: the account is yours, and clinics link to it.

A promise about what you see
An empty screen says it is empty.
If you have no prescriptions, the app says you have none. It does not show you an example one. If a screen cannot load, it tells you that instead of showing yesterday's numbers as though they were today's.
That sounds obvious. It is worth writing down because health apps get it wrong often enough that a patient can end up reading something that was never about them.
Getting the app
Ask at your clinic
The app is available to patients of clinics running Solace. Ask at your clinic's front desk and they will send you the link — or, if your clinic is not on Solace yet, tell them about us. It costs them nothing to give you.
